Q: What inspired you to start your business?
A: I love helping people get better through natural means.
Q: What makes your business unique and stand out from competitors?
A: We use cutting edge technology that is safe and effective. We also have a nurse practitioner that delivers regenerative biologic therapies to patients as well.
Q: What challenges have you faced while building and growing your business, and how did you overcome them?
A: Getting large numbers of new patients for specialty services such as spinal decompression therapy, peripheral neuropathy treatments, regenerative biologic treatments.
Q: How has your business evolved over time, and what do you see as its future direction?
We started out with only chiropractic services. Now we offer medical services as well as chiropractic and physical medicine.
Q: What motivates you to continue running your business every day, even when faced with challenges?
A: Helping my community improve their quality of life. Being a pillar of health and provision for my family.
Q: How have your customers' feedback and experiences influenced your business operations and strategy?
We always take our customers input seriously. We strive to make them happy when they get treatment and care with us.
Q: How does your business contribute to the community, and what social responsibility initiatives have you undertaken?
A: We contribute to the community to provide alternative long lasting treatments that positively influence and improve our community's quality of life.
Q: Can you share a success story that your business has achieved, and how did you accomplish it?
A: We've had numerous success stories! One in particular was a lady who couldn't work due to sustaining serious injuries in a major car accident. After two months of treatment, she was able to resume her work duties. She was also able to spend better time and interact with her kids as well.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who is just starting their own business?
A: Get a quality mentor. Have goals and a sound business plan. Measure your results and do not quit when times get hard.
Q: What are your plans for promoting and growing your business, and how can potential customers get involved or support your brand?
A: I want to establish a more robust presence online. People can get involved by calling or sending us messages via our website. We are more than happy to serve them.
